My passion?

To help you reach your goals of better digestion and gut health without sacrificing the foods you love. I believe that strength can be found in partnership and collaboration, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Together, we can explore the connection between the foods you eat and the way you feel.  I can’t wait for you to discover the magic behind the way we metabolize our foods and the power of food. We use your personal preferences, your goals, and your nutritional needs to create a long-term, sustainable lifestyle.

My mission?

To bridge the gap between nutrition science and what you experience in your day-to-day life. The research surrounding gut health and digestion is ever-evolving and expanding, and can even seem contradictory or confusing. I simplify the science of nutrition and behavior change for you. I can help you find the best approach that fits you, your lifestyle, your cultural background, and your personal preferences. I bring a non-judgemental spirit of compassion to the table. Together, we can create a personalized and flexible plan to meet you where you are at.

My approach uses evidence-based whole-body wellness.

I believe that culture, background, preferences, and finances all play a huge role in choosing what goals are realistic and achievable. By keeping this big picture in mind, I can help you create tangible, sustainable goals that dig at the root of the issues that you experience.

(Speaking of digging at the roots: My love for gardening can also influence what we work on! I offer yard-to-table nutritional coaching that combines science and gardening. I also adore being outdoors and can tell you some of my favorite places to get outside and enjoy nature in Fort Collins and Loveland.)
